How it works
Your item sells
A prepaid USPS Ground Advantage label is waiting in your seller dashboard the moment an order comes in. Nothing to set up ahead of time.
No weighing, no measuring
Buyers pay a flat $5.50 at checkout, so there are no package dimensions to enter and no rates to calculate. Jewelry is small and light, and the flat rate covers it.
Pack it safely
Print the label, then wrap your piece so it travels well (a padded mailer or a small box with a little cushioning). We keep packing tips in your dashboard.
Drop it off within 3 business days
Hand it to USPS or schedule a pickup. Every label includes tracking, and the buyer gets the tracking number automatically.
Get paid
USPS Ground Advantage usually delivers in another 2–5 business days. Your earnings (minus our 8% commission) become available to withdraw 3 days after delivery, once the return window closes.
Every order is protected
Every label includes Total Shipping Protection from XCover, protecting against loss, theft, or damage during transit and delivery. Coverage applies to every StillSparkly label, since every one ships tracked. View policy.
Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to ship after a sale?
3 business days from the sale. Your prepaid label is ready in your seller dashboard right away, so you can print and drop off whenever it's convenient inside that window.
Who pays for shipping, and how much is it?
The buyer pays a flat $5.50 at checkout. It never comes out of your pocket, and it's the same price on every order regardless of weight or destination within the US.
Do I need to weigh or measure my jewelry?
No. Because shipping is a flat rate, there are no package dimensions or weights to add to your listings. Just pack it up and ship it.
What carrier do you use?
USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking on every order. The prepaid label is generated for you, so you don't need a postage account or a scale.
Do higher-value orders ship any differently?
Yes. Orders over $250 ship with signature confirmation, so someone needs to be there to sign at delivery. It keeps the shipping protection valid on higher-value pieces. It's added to the label automatically, so there's nothing extra for you to do.
Where do I get shipping supplies?
Packaging is on you, but jewelry doesn't need much. A small padded mailer or a little box with cushioning works for most pieces. You can reuse clean packaging, and we share tips in your dashboard for keeping things safe in transit.
What if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?
Every label includes Total Shipping Protection from XCover, covering loss, theft, and damage from carrier pickup until delivery. If something goes wrong with a shipment, get in touch with support. Hold onto the packaging if there's any damage, since photos can be needed to sort it out.
