Full refund if it's not what was promised
You're covered for the full amount if an item arrives counterfeit, not authentic, significantly not as described, damaged on arrival, or never shows up. You have 3 days from delivery to open a return.
Why you can buy with confidence
Real, identity-verified US sellers
Every seller is a verified person or business based in the United States. Before anyone can get paid, Stripe checks their identity: legal name, date of birth, address, and tax ID, paid out to a US bank account. There are no anonymous overseas accounts here. The person who listed that ring is real, identifiable, and accountable for what they sold you.
Your money is held until your order arrives
Checkout runs on Stripe, so your card details go straight to them and StillSparkly never sees or stores them. And the seller doesn't actually get paid until 3 days after your order is delivered. If something's wrong, your refund comes out of money that's still being held, not chased down after the fact.
Every order ships insured
Each label includes Total Shipping Protection from XCover (backed by Cover Genius). If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you're refunded in full. More in our shipping details.
Honest listings, or your money back
Every seller agrees, as a hard rule in our terms, that their pieces are genuine and accurately described. Listings need real photos and an honest condition note. We're not a lab that inspects every clasp, and we won't pretend to be. What we are is a place where sellers are real, your payment is protected, and if a piece turns out fake or not as described, you get every dollar back.
If something's wrong
Open a case from your order page within 3 days of delivery. The seller gets to share their side, our team reviews both, and you'll get the decision in writing with the reasoning behind it. If it's approved, you ship the item back and get a full refund to your original payment method. For a package that never arrived, there's nothing to return and you're refunded in full. We don't favor sellers just because they pay us commission.
What's not covered
A change of heart, sizing you could have checked before buying, or normal wear that was honestly disclosed in the listing. For pre-loved pieces, small signs of life that match the photos and condition notes are part of the deal.
