When you find something you love, purchase it with flat $5.50 shipping. Every order comes with buyer protection, so if something arrives and it's not what was described, we'll make it right.
Selling
Selling is genuinely easy (we're talking under a minute). Snap a photo of your piece, and our AI identifies what it is, suggests a price, and fills out the listing for you. Review it, tweak anything you want, hit publish, done.
When it sells, print a prepaid shipping label from the app, ship it within 3 business days, and get paid through Stripe. StillSparkly takes a 10% commission on each sale.

How much does it cost to list?
Nothing. Listing is free. When your item sells, StillSparkly takes a 10% commission, which gets deducted from your earnings automatically. Buyers never pay a commission.
What about shipping?
Flat $5.50 shipping on every order, paid by the buyer. We use USPS Ground Advantage. Once your item sells, you print a prepaid shipping label right from the app and ship within 3 business days.
How do I get paid?
Payouts go through Stripe. You connect your bank account (or debit card) in your seller settings, and when you're ready to cash out, request a payout from your seller dashboard. Minimum payout is $1.00.
What's the return policy?
Buyers have 3 days after delivery to request a return if the item is significantly not as described. This is secondhand jewelry, not a department store, so "changed my mind" isn't covered. The seller gets to share their side, then our team makes the call. If we approve the return, you ship the item back and get a full refund. You can grab a prepaid return label (the cost gets deducted from your refund) or ship it back yourself.
Is there a minimum listing price?
Yes, $4.00. We figured that's about the lowest price where it still makes sense for everyone involved.
How does the AI listing thing work?
Take a photo of your piece, and our AI identifies the type, metal, stones, era, condition, and more. It suggests a title, description, and price. You review everything, tweak what you want, and publish. The whole process takes under a minute.
How many items can I list?
Founding sellers can list as many items as they want. After the founding period, listing limits are based on your trust level and sales history.
How do you keep things trustworthy?
We verify sellers, review listings for accuracy, and offer buyer protection on every purchase. Sellers build trust levels over time based on their sales history and buyer reviews.
What can I sell?
Jewelry only. Rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, brooches, watches, and more. Items must be authentic and accurately described. No counterfeits, no non-jewelry items.
Can I message a seller before buying?
Yes. Every listing has a message button so you can ask questions about the piece before committing. We encourage it, honestly.
