Vintage Stretch Bracelet Dark Blue Chunky

Inner circumference measures about 5.75" unstretched. Quite small and stretch isn't tight, hangs with a few small spaces. Not sure of the material but quite light. I think it may be painted wood but I am not sure. Beads appear carved and so are not perfect circles. Cord has discolored. Light marks and signs of wear. Preowned bracelet, sold as shown - I am unsure of material type(s) because of this.
