Inner circumference measures about 7.5" unstretched. Firm stretch. Really unusual material I am not sure what it is, could be some sort of plastic. Beads are wrapped like design and some ends of the wraps stick out and are visible. Preowned vintage bracelet, sold as shown - I am unsure of material type(s) because of this.
