Vintage Cuff Bracelet Unusual - Misshapen

Inner circumference measures about 6.75". Not sure what the material of the front part it but reminds me of the inside of a shell they way it reflects. Bracelet is very misshapen. Marks and signs of wear. Charm is wrapped on with wire and wire is raised on the inside part that touches the wrist. Preowned vintage bracelet, sold as shown - I am unsure of material type(s) because of this. Pictures show different angles for you to review - while I attempt to note any defects, some tarnish/signs of wear may be visible that are not otherwise stated.
