Vintage Chunky Hinged Bracelet Animal Print - Fair Condition

Inner circumference measures about 8". Unsusual bracelet. Looks to be fabric or ribbon on top of a metal bracelet. Fabric is smooth and despite the animal print fabric does not have raised fur (it is simply print). Fabric has frayed in areas. Metal has heavy tarnish and discolored. Multiple marks and wear to the metal. Preowned vintage bracelet, sold as shown - I am unsure of material type(s) because of this.
