Inner circumference measures about 8.25". No missing gems but one row looks to have been badly restuck in one place. Light marks and signs of wear. On row bent outwards a bit more. Under the clear gems in places has some darkening. Small mark to inside edge of one row. Preowned vintage bracelet, sold as shown - I am unsure of material type(s) because of this. Pictures show different angles for you to review - while I attempt to note any defects, some tarnish/signs of wear may be visible that are not otherwise stated.
